Each test has a unique QR Code, which identifies the test. These QR Codes ensure the test can only be used once. If you receive this message it means the QR Code you are trying to scan has already been uploaded to the tested.me system, and can no longer be used. If you believe this is incorrect or you have any questions, please contact the tested.me support team by opening the chat window.
