Due to data protection laws, we limit the ability to export data at will. The user data export feature should only be used in case you’ve been asked to provide user data by government officials. This is not an automated process and will need to be verified by our staff.

1) Go to the Settings tab on your dashboard, select Account Settings, then select User Data Export.

2) Input the Location, User type, and Date period details that are required and press Confirm.

Please Note: In line with NHS Track & Trace requirements, all visitor data is only kept for 21 days from the check-in date.

3) Your User Data Export request has been submitted. Our team will review this request, and if approved a copy of the data will be sent to the system admin.
